Order Processing Time +
In-Stock Items: Allow 5-7 business days after ordering for orders to be shipped.
Pre-Order Items: Please refer to the estimated dispatch date indicated directly on the product page. Your entire order will be shipped together once the pre-order item is available.
Expected Shipping Times & Rates +
Standard Shipping (5–7 business days):
Flat rate of $14 USD for US orders / $14 AUD for AU orders (calculated automatically based on your local storefront).
Express Shipping (2–4 business days):
Rates are calculated dynamically at checkout for your convenience.
*International Shipping: Currently, we only ship within the United States and Australia via our respective local storefronts. Other international shipments are unavailable at the moment, but we are working hard to bring our products worldwide soon.
Shipping Address Changes +
Please note that we are unable to modify your shipping address once the package has been handed over to our carrier. If you need to change your delivery details, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

Once your order is shipped, a confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent immediately so you can follow your package's journey.
