What kind of leather do you use? +

We exclusively use premium full-grain structured leather. It is the highest grade of leather available, selected for its exceptional durability, rich character, and ability to retain its flawless architectural shape over time.

Are the backpacks waterproof? +

Our premium leather offers natural water resistance against light rain and splashes. However, leather is a natural material and should not be fully submerged. If your bag gets wet, simply wipe it down with a soft, dry cloth as soon as possible.

Will the Heritage Leather Rucksack Large fit my 16" laptop? +

Yes, it features a dedicated, heavily padded laptop compartment engineered with a secure strap to isolate and protect professional laptops up to 16" (including the MacBook Pro 16" and equivalent premium tech devices).

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

How long does it take for my order to ship? +

In-Stock Items: Allow 5-7 business days after ordering for orders to be shipped (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Pre-Order Items: Please refer to the estimated dispatch date indicated directly on the product page. Your entire order will be shipped together once the pre-order item is available.

What are the shipping times and rates for the US and Australia? +

Standard Shipping (5–7 business days): Flat rate of $14 USD for US orders / $14 AUD for AU orders (calculated automatically based on your local storefront).
Express Shipping (2–4 business days): Rates are calculated dynamically at checkout for your convenience.
*Note: Currently, we only ship within the US and Australia via our respective local storefronts.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering? +

You can modify your shipping address within 24 hours of placing your order. Once the package has been handed over to our shipping carriers, we are strictly unable to change the delivery destination. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

What happens if my order has both in-stock and pre-order items? +

To minimize environmental impact and shipping costs, your entire order will be held and shipped together once all items are available. If you require in-stock items to be shipped separately, please contact our support team (additional shipping fees will apply).

What happens if I refuse or reject a shipment ? +

If a shipment is rejected or returned to us due to non-compliance with local delivery terms, your order will be cancelled. A refund will be issued after deducting the initial shipping fee, the return shipping penalty, and a handling fee of $14 USD (US web) / $14 AUD (AU web).

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy? +

You can return eligible products within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unused, unaltered condition with all original tags attached and inside the original packaging. Products purchased during major promotional sales or marked as "Final Sale" are ineligible for returns.

How do I start a return and who pays for the shipping? +

To start a return, email our support team with your Order Number. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Please note that return shipping costs are fully borne by the customer and will be deducted from your final refund. Outbound shipping costs ($12 USD/AUD) and local taxes are non-refundable.

What is the 10% Store Credit Bonus? +

If you choose to return your item for Store Credit (digital gift card) instead of a cash refund to your credit card, we will add an extra 10% bonus value to your store credit as a thank you for staying with our brand!

WARRANTY

What does the 1-Year Limited Warranty cover? +

Our 1-Year Warranty covers manufacturing defects and structural errors under normal use. This includes functional issues like broken/stuck zippers, undone stitching, faulty metal hardware, and defective snap buttons. We will provide a free repair or replacement for these issues.

What is NOT covered under the warranty? +

The warranty excludes normal leather wear and tear (natural softening, aging, minor scratches), damages caused by improper usage, overloading, accidents, exposure to liquids/alcohol/chemicals, or accidental cuts by sharp objects. Small lifestyle accessories (wallets, cardholders) are also excluded.
